MEET OUR CLINICIANS
AMY COLES
I’m Amy, a Licensed Social Worker born and raised in Philadelphia. I’m passionate about walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges and move toward healing and growth.
My goal is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and free of judgment—where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is compassionate and client-centered. I believe meaningful change happens when we feel truly heard, understood, and supported. In our work together, we’ll focus on building practical coping skills, increasing self-awareness, and strengthening the confidence you need to create lasting change in your life. I also incorporate mind–body techniques to help you reconnect with yourself in a deeper way. By integrating body-based practices, I support clients in regulating their nervous systems, processing experiences, and finding a greater sense of balance and well-being.
Why do I do this…
My journey into the field of therapy began through my background in criminal justice and my own personal experiences with mental health challenges. Those experiences led me on a path of self-discovery and ultimately inspired me to pursue this work. They continue to shape the way I show up for my clients—with empathy, compassion, and a deep respect for each person’s story.
